Jamie O'Bank:
The TEAM CORE first met Jamie at the Manchester Swim Smooth Clinic in October 2005. After some lengthy discussions about appropriate training programs geared around a first Ironman "assault", Jamie asked us to construct a program for him for the 2006 Austria Ironman in July. This race is reputed to be one of the fastest Ironman courses in the world and many state that this is due to the hilly cycle course which requires the rider to continuously change position and hence stretch tight muscles in the process. Jamie had a fabulous debut at that race and is now gearing up to head over to Perth in November 2008 for the Busselton Ironman.
Jane Day:
Jane Day has a tenacious spirit that sees her go from strength-to-strength in this sport. Originally from the UK she now resides here in Perth, Western Australia and is gearing up for her 2nd attempt on the Busselton Half Ironman in May. Jane's strength is that she has no major weakness, though her attention is focused currently on developing her flat riding power. Go Jane!
