13. Are you aware that we spend a lot of time carefully periodising* all our training sessions in order to maximise your performance?
*periodisation essentially means balancing hard and easy weeks in a manner which prevents over (or under!) training.

Great - very friendly and not at all intimidating
Nervous at first but now I'm OK
There was too much ego and testosterone!

Yes definitely - good value / good service
Its OK, but I'd prefer a different system

Seeing yourself on the video under water is a very powerful tool and if you feel like you need to "raise your game" or have any shoulder pain, this is a great thing to do pre-season.
