You can always drop us an email whenever you like if something comes up and you haven't already mentioned it here.  
8. Are there any sessions or new ideas which you'd like to see us implement in any of the sessions. Some options might be: SWIM = dive starts, tumble turns, different strokes; BIKE = mountain bike rides, weekend's away on a bike tour; RUN = cross country runs, hikes on Bibbulman Trail etc.

10. Our premium coaching service and something EVERYONE in the squad would benefit from is our 1-2-1 Video Analysis and Stroke Correction Session. Seeing yourself on the video under water is a very powerful tool and if you feel like you need to "raise your game" or have any shoulder pain, this is a great thing to do pre-season.
